I lived in #H — the corner unit on the second floor (top-left in the second photo; closest to the camera in the third) — while attending the University of Florida from May 1982 to April 1984. Named "Marcott Apartments", it was on the south side of the street . . . if you walked a block and a half due west (the fourth photo) you'd be facing Tigert Hall, UF's main administrative building, across 13th St. There was a parking lot (8 spaces) and a dumpster unit in the back, with driveways on each side for access.

Rent was $250/month, which included all utilities; split with a roommate (first was Alton, then Suzy McVeigh, and finally Chuck Higgins) meant $125/month each — cheap even back then. By my calculations, I paid a total of $3000 for the two years I lived there.
In 2017, the entire building and many others on that street were torn down to build gentrified condominiums.
